About Me 
My Name is Robert Childress . I started my own fitness challenge in 2014. Within about 9 months I reached my ultimate weight loss goal. During the beginning stages of my own personal challenge I decided to go back to school so I can get my personal training license. By the time I finished school I had made an example out of myself with my personal challenges, personal training workouts for myself, and also my personal goal. I took a big leap of faith and opted to venture down a very different path in my life. At my age a leap of faith is a scary adventure, but in my heart I know with my fitness passion and my hope for helping people I would be a great motivator , a great trainer , and great teacher. At the end of the day impact one persons life at a time. In my heart I want to help you reach your fitness goal, but remember you need to want that help, and you need to make that first step.
 
Let me tell you a little about me. I come from a culinary background and I believe my clients will  get the best of both worlds when it comes to food and fitness with me. I can not only create a great workout plan designed just for you, but I can also share nice healthy meals with simple everyday ingredients that you can follow and truly enjoy so it does not feel like you are eating diet food.
 
I want to share my story with all my clients (the good the bad and the ugly) because when it comes down to it anything is possible. I have walked a mile in your shoes so I understand how hard it can be at times. Motivation plays a big part in fitness, Support from family and friends really does help , along with making the right healthy choices, but the ultimate challenge will be How bad do you really want it? How bad do you want to change your lifestyle to be healthy?
 
You have made it to my website so that means you are looking for help, looking for a guide, you are looking to get healthy. You have actually made that first step by looking, so take that leap of faith and commit to this , so we can embark on this journey together. It will not be easy I will not lie to you about that, but I will promise you it will all be worth it in the end.
 
I will develop a unique fitness plan designed just for you. Div-er-gent Fitness means tending to be different or develop in different directions.  Everyone’s fitness passion is different, everyone’s fitness goasl will be reached in different directions. Many different paths, many different people, many different passions, but one ultimate goal to get healty and fit.
 
I will help you find that active activity you will enjoy doing. It is my job to make working out a part of your everyday life. It has to be fun for you, and you have to enjoy it or you will not be successful. It will hurt at times, you will get mad at me, you will dislike me, and you will want to quit, but that is normal. Those are the times you have to will yourself through, Its times like those you have to ask yourself the question “How bad do I really want to get healthy?”. Trust me when it hurts you will find that will to keep moving forward. If a journey like this were easy it would not be a journey, and you would not be in the situation you are in right now.
 
With motivation and hard work you will reach your fitness goal, you will feel so much better about yourself, and you will also motivate others. Let’s Do This Together!
